We are a small Chianti Classico producer in S. Casciano val di Pesa (Florence) with 26 hectares, of which 13.5 dedicated to wine (Google location is +43° 38' 1.78", +11° 12' 25.62")

We are currently exporting regularly to USA (NYC and New England), Japan and UK.
We are looking for a limited distribution network, as we want to reach a maximum total production of 60-80.000 bottles per annum to preserve our quality.
Carusvini is investing in quality and environment (starting from 2018 vintage we are certifified as an Organic Farm under European Law) with an excellent staff of oenologist (Gioia Cresti) and technical support (Fabio Burroni). We have also invested in reducing further the footprint by
• In our cellar
o Installing photovoltaic panels for electricity and hot water
o making our walls and roofs ventilated
o installing an energy saving heat pump to stabilize wine temperature
• in our vineyard
o experimenting Systemic Acquired Resistance (SAR) to further reduce copper usage
o purchasing a 3 location Meteo Station to reduce spraying
Our product range consists in
• Chianti Classico (Baldéro)
• Chianti Classico Gran Selezione in 0,75 and Magnum format (Gàudio)
• Shyraz (Téspero)
• Cabernet Sauvignon (Robèo)
• Merlot (selected vintages only) (Agapitòs)
• Bordelaise blend to offer entry price “house wine” (Terzona)
• Vermentino (Leukòs)
Our wines mature partly in wood. We use either barrique or tonneau for a 9 to 18 months period and we use a 550 grams conical bordelaise
